Factors affecting bullying among Iranian professional football coaches

Introduction: As an integral part of society, sport faces problems similar to that society. One problem is the bullying football coaches. Aim: This study identifies factors affecting among Iranian professional Method: The research method descriptive survey based on structural equations modeling. statistical population included all coaches in Iran 2021. 205 are selected as a sample simple random sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire with 33 questions was used qualitative interviews and coding collect data. Once expert’s validation obtained (n=8), reliability evaluated confirmed by Cronbach's alpha mixed reliability. SPSS-23 PLS Smart-2 analyze data inferential sections. Results: confirmatory factor analysis results show 8 anti-social behaviors sports, athletes, interactions, harassment experience, occupational factor, behavioral contextual managerial factors, individual psychological indicate acceptable fit. Content, divergent convergent validity indicated good scale validity. Conclusion: showed different affect Therefore, it necessary identified focus It suggested sports managers officials be better informed about this study.
